Serving Wilson County and Middle Tennessee Since 1982!
There are many differences between patients who are successful in hearing corrections and those who are not. Over the last 40 years, I have watched technology advance so much further than I ever imagined it would. With all the digital sound and computers that make them run, we now have the opportunity to really bring hearing back into the normal hearing ranges. The best technology in the world is worthless if you do not have someone skilled in using this technology. We, at Hearing Health Center, believe in a high level of professionalism and use that commitment to keep our skills sharp, our knowledge high, and our equipment state of the art. Your hearing will be safe with us!

Allison McKeon
Board Certified, Hearing Instrument Specialist
I joined the Hearing Health Center team in 2017 after graduating from college, where I received my Associate's Degree in Health Sciences. I am now a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
I am so happy to have found a career that is so rewarding and allows me to better our patients' everyday lives. I look forward to coming into the office and seeing each and everyone, but for the most part, I enjoy being able to improve their hearing, and seeing the look on their face when we do is so unforgettable.
Outside of the office, I am a dog mom of two spoiled pups and a wonderful husband. In the summertime, I enjoy lake life and in winter I am mostly a homebody.

Valerie Pyles
Hearing Instrument Specialist
I first started with Hearing Health Center in 1995 as a receptionist. At that time, I was able to first experience being part of a team that was helping people hear better.
I rejoined the Hearing Health Center team in 2009 as an Oto-Tech. In 2014, I moved to the marketing side as well. Getting the word out about how we can help people is very important to us. It is awesome to see people’s faces after helping them hear and understand better. It is a pleasure to help people recapture lost sounds and improve communication with family and friends.
I graduated in December 2020 from Volunteer State College with a Business Management AAS Degree with the highest honors and received my hearing specialist license in 2021. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them hear better on a daily basis. I now have much more hands-on experience with bringing our patients hearing back into focus.
Outside of work, I have four wonderful children and three sweet grandbabies. I also enjoy going to church fellowship, and being with my family. I look forward to meeting you!

Elli Hill
Oto-Tech
I was welcomed as part of the Hearing Health Center family in May 2019. As an Oto-Tech, I get to see each patient in our offices and clean and maintenance their hearing instruments. I enjoy assisting our specialists in bringing the quality of life back and maintaining our patient's hearing.
I have also worked in hospital care and the service industry because serving others has always been a passion and strength of mine. Working in healthcare and raising my three children has shown me life zooms by incredibly fast but offers a lot of experiences.
I also enjoy the outdoors and I run daily. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, yoga, reading, and teaching the two-year old’s in Sunday School. I cannot wait to meet each one of you.

Susie Eckert
Oto-Tech
I've been in the medical field for over 35 years and have always had a passion to help others. I worked at Women's Health Center for 27 years then went to Regional ENT in Gallatin until that office closed which gave me the opportunity to join The Hearing Health Center team!
My husband and I live in Defeated and love to spend time with family and grandbabies! In our spare time, we love the outdoors, woodworking, camping, and traveling. We also love to ride motorcycles and ride every chance we get. We belong to the Christian Riding Club Justified in Smith County, we have church services, stay active with Veterans, homeless, do runs for people in need, and organizations in our community.
I look forward to meeting new patients and seeing familiar faces.

Cindy Miller
Front Office Coordinator
I began working here at Hearing Health Center in 2005. Prior to joining the team, I worked at a local medical office for 15 years.
Patient care has always been an important aspect of my job. I love helping others thus the reason why patient care is so important to me. My role here at HHC allows me to be one of the first team members to interact with you putting my expertise in inpatient care into practice!
I have lived in Wilson County all my life. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years. We have 3 children (one being my son in law)! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, photography, putting my creative abilities to work, and traveling…even if it’s just down the road!

Tina Guffey

I joined the Hearing Health Center team in July 2020 and was welcomed by all! Prior to becoming a team member here, I spent 23 years working as the store manager for a local loan company.
Helping people has always been important to me. I enjoy seeing how our team helps our patients to improve their ability to hear and hearing what a difference it has made in their life. We truly have the best team around!
I am a lifelong resident of Trousdale County. I have two wonderful children and four awesome grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family or just relaxing at home. I always look forward to meeting everyone that comes into the office.
